I just wanted to write you a quick note to say how happy we are with our new Fibernetics System. Having had a not so stellar experience with a previous VOIP provider we were a little hesitant about jumping to a complete VOIP based PBX system.
Luckily we decided to trust your word and move forward. This system is awesome! The voice quality is fantastic and consistent. The features of the PBX allow us to operate at the level of a much larger organization but at the price point of a small business. The auto attendants are easy to use and the call groups and call queue make sure that we handle our incoming customer calls efficiently and quickly.
Also your personal assistance setting up our remote PBX was invaluable and appreciated.
Expect some calls – we’ve already recommended the system to some other organizations we deal with.
