Open Systems Group Limited began operations in March, 1999, offering custom software development services to small and medium-sized Canadian businesses. In 2003, Open Systems Group signed on as a Microsoft certified business partner, specializing in the development of browser-based applications and XML web services based on the MS .NET technology.
