In February, 2015 Lough Barnes engaged Open Systems Group to oversee the physical move of information technology assets from one office location to another. Lough Barnes is a service corporation that specializes in outsourcing child welfare services from the Ontario provincial government. The company at the time had employed over 20 staff members. The scope of work included disassembling the computer networking assets at the company's existing office, transporting the computer networking assets to the new office location in downtown Toronto, Ontario, and assembling the computer networking assets at the new office location. The scope of work also included the installation of network cabling to client specifications at the new office location. The scope of work also included installing new equipment for a fiber optic circuit froma carrier. The computer networking assets included a number of Cisco switches, Audio Visual equipment and a PBX system.
